Following are the registration Laws for the registration of NPOs/NGOs:-

 

REGISTRATION OF TRUST UNDER TRUST ACT, 1882:

 

A trust is established for any Lawful purpose and is an obligation annexed to the ownership of property and arising out of a Confidence reposed in and accepted by the owner or declared and accepted of another or of another and the owner.

 

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION OF TRUST:

 

1. Minimum no of Members or donors is 03
2. Each donor donates Rs.200, 00 to Trust.

iii.       Registered address of the Trust.

1. CNIC Copy of all donors.
2. 02 Photograph of each Donner.

 

 

REGISTRATION OF FOUNDATION UNDER (SOCIETIES REGISTRATION ACT, 1860)

 

Societies established for the purpose of promotion of science, charitable purpose, literature, or the fine arts, for instruction, the diffusion of useful knowledge, the foundation or maintenance of libraries or reading rooms for general use among the members or open to the public, or public museums and galleries of paintings and other works of art, collections of natural history, mechanical and philosophical inventions, instruments or designs

2. Lease/Rent Agreement of office Premises.

REGISTRATION OF VOLUNTARY SOCIAL WELFARE AGENCY UNDER (REGISTRATION AND CONTROL ORDINANCE, 1961)

 

The Provincial Coordinator, Social Welfare, at the Provincial level while the District Officers at the District level have been declared as the Registration Authority by the Government under provisions of the Voluntary Social Welfare Agencies (Registration and Control) Ordinance, 1961.
